Religious Education

Registration for Religious Education is due August 2, 2024.   

You may print the registration form below and return to the Parish Office located at: 212 Elizabeth Street Derby, CT 06418 or register online.

Enrollment fee is $40 per child. Checks can be made out to OLQA, with ‘religious education’ on the memo line.

All students and families are expected to attend Family Faith Formation on the 2^nd Sunday of each month after 10:30 mass.  First Session is in September.

Confirmation students have an additional class: 2^nd Monday of the month @ 7pm for 8^th graders and 4^th Monday of the month @7pm for 9^th graders. 

First Communion students have an additional class: time once per month on Sunday. Information will be announced shortly.
